Toscano Red
This 70% dark chocolate has strawberries, raspberries and cherries throughout and we have paired this bar with many light bodied red wines. Beaujolais is a perfect companion!
Toscano Black 63%
Made with Criollo and Trinitario beans, this blended bar is rich in flavour. The taste is full, lingering and creamy. Described by Amedei as notes of honey, Mediterranean plants and green tomato marmalade this is the "Manifesto" dark bar by Amedei!
